Magic Software UK opens Software Developer competition

Bracknell, UK; April 6, 2009 – Magic Software Enterprises UK Ltd., a subsidiary of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), a provider of application platform and business and process integration solutions, has launched a competition to develop a Rich Internet Application (RIA) using its uniPaaS application platform; which uses metadata rather than hard code. The winner of the competition, open to anyone over 18 in the UK or Republic of Ireland – individually or in groups – will receive £1,500 worth of Thomson holiday vouchers.

Entrants need to develop a basic RIA application using Magic Software’s uniPaaS Discovery v1.5, which is free to download from http://www.magicsoftware.com/4340-en/Magic.aspx.
